My wife, Diane and I moved to upper Manhattan in 1979 and have owned our home in the Park Terrace Gardens since 1990. When I first started working in real estate I divided my time between Inwood and "downtown" Manhattan. Remember, when you live in Inwood, anywhere south of 96th street is "downtown." After a while, I decided it made no sense to do this. After all, I'd moved to Inwood because I loved the neighborhood. Why not spend my working life concentrating in the area we'd already chosen for our home?
