Standardized Operating Procedures

We do not have a general requirement to provide photo identification prior to a property showing. However, prior to entry to our office, customers may be required to present photo identification for security or similar purposes. Also, individual property owners may require photo identification prior to a showing of their property, and we will communicate this information to buyers or tenants in advance of such showing.

New Heights Realty does not require an exclusive buyer representation agreement in order to work with prospective purchasers.

A pre-approval for a mortgage loan is not required to work with us. Please note that individual property owners may require one under some circumstances. If the property owner requires one (prior to viewing property, for instance.) we will notify prospective purchasers of this requirement.
